sections of the USA PATRIOT Act and several 
Executive Orders, now threaten these 
fundamental rights and liberties:

Freedom of speech, religion, assembly and privacy;
The rights to counsel and due process in judicial proceedings; and
Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures;
