County Sheriff Can Bust Big Bro:
Wyoming Sheriffs Put Feds in Their Place
County sheriffs in Wyoming have scored a big one for the 10th Amendment and states rights. The sheriffs slapped a federal intrusion upside the head and are insisting that all federal law enforcement officers and personnel from federal regulatory agencies must clear all their activity in a Wyoming County with the Sheriff’s Office. Deja vu for those who remember big Richard Mack in Arizona.  full story
Toxic Government Report Uncovered
A much-delayed U.S. government report has been obtained by journalists, raising allegations that officials may be suppressing politically inconvenient data that, if released, could help protect the health of millions living in the Great Lakes region of the country. The findings pointed to elevated rates of lung, colon, and breast cancer; low birth weight; and infant mortality in several of the geographical areas of concern.  full story

Colleges Use Threat Assessment Groups To Track Students Of Concern
On the agenda: A student who got into a shouting match with a faculty member. Another who harassed a female classmate. Someone found sleeping in a car. And a student who posted a threat against a professor on Facebook. In a practice adopted at one college after another since the massacre at Virginia Tech, a Kentucky U committee of deans, administrators, campus police and mental health officials has begun meeting regularly to discuss a watch list of troubled students and decide whether they need professional help or should be sent packing.  full story
Banks Pay People Off to Deter Home Rage
The stucco subdivisions of Las Vegas are caught up in the nation's foreclosure crisis. These days, bankers and mortgage companies often find that by the time they get the keys back, embittered homeowners have stripped out appliances, punched holes in walls, dumped paint on carpets and, as a parting gift, locked their pets inside to wreak further havoc. Real-estate agents estimate that about half of foreclosed properties to be sold by mortgage companies nationwide have "substantial" damage.  full story
Mobile Phones 'More Dangerous Than Smoking'
Mobile phones could kill far more people than smoking or asbestos, a study by an award-winning cancer expert has concluded. He says people should avoid using them wherever possible and that governments and the mobile phone industry must take "immediate steps" to reduce exposure to their radiation. The study, by Dr Vini Khurana, is the most devastating indictment yet published of the health risks.  full story
Telecom Immunity: Playing the "9/11 Card" ... Again
The Bush admin, never known for its veracity on any issue, once again is playing the "9/11 card" in an desperate attempt to continue violating the Fourth Amendment rights of the American people. U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey, a darling of Senate Democrats prior to his confirmation as Bush's top lawyer, said in speech on Thursday at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco, that the September 11, 2001 attacks could have been prevented "if the government had been able to monitor an overseas phone call to the US."  full story
Is an International Financial Conspiracy Driving World Events?
Was Alan Greenspan really as dumb as he looks in creating the late housing bubble that threatens to bring the entire Western debt-based economy crashing down? Was something as easy to foresee as this really the trigger for a meltdown that could destroy the world’s financial system? Or was it done, perhaps, "accidentally on purpose"? And if so, why?  full story
Katrina Victims May Have to Repay Money
Imagine that your home was reduced to mold-covered wood framing by Hurricane Katrina. Desperate for money to rebuild, you engage in a frustrating bureaucratic process, and after months of living in a government provided-trailer that gives off formaldehyde fumes you finally win a federal grant. Then a collector announces that you have to pay back thousands of dollars.  full story

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency wants to create an "electric energy infrastructure dataset," including the geographical locations of all transmission lines, power plants, substations, and generating units, to show the way power flows through the system and where the control points are, the agency said this week in procurement documents.  full story

Blackwater Peacekeeping Mercenaries?
Blackwater, the notorious US security firm whose trigger-happy mercenaries were involved in civilian killings in Iraq and elsewhere, is expanding its lucrative business pitch into UN peacekeeping missions, hiding behind a mystique, off-shore affiliate called Greystone. Riding machine-gun mounted utility vehicles, Blackwater's armed contractors have gained notoriety for shooting first and not bothering to ask questions later.  full story
Demonstrators March on JP Morgan And Bear Stearns HQ
Hundreds of protestors from across the US marched on JP Morgan Case headquarters and then into the lobby of Bear Stearns across the street. Having suffered through the mortgage crisis, and finding themselves unable or struggling to pay off higher interest rates, the participants expressed their outrage at a government backed $20 billion dollar bail-out of Bear Stearns, one of the key investment banks behind the melt-down.  full story
Kosovo: The US And the EU Support a
Political Process Linked to Organized Crime
The Kosovo government is tied into organized criminal syndicates involved in narcotics and human trafficking. The fact that all three Kosovo Prime Ministers, Ramush Haradinaj, Agim Ceku and Hashim Thaci are war criminals has not been acknowledged in recent press reports regarding the Independence of Kosovo. The EU and the US are supporting the criminalization of Kosovo politics.  full story
Death of the Bees: GMO Crops and the
Decline of Bee Colonies in North America
There are many reasons given to the decline in Bees, but one argument that matters most is the use of Genetically Modified Organisms and "Terminator Seeds" that are presently being endorsed by governments and forcefully utilized as our primary agricultural needs of survival. I will argue what is publicized and covered by the media is in actuality masking the real forces at work, namely the impact of gmo seeds on the reproduction of bee colonies across North America.  full story
Food War: Grain Prices Soar Globally Leading to Food Riots
Rice farmers here are staying awake in shifts at night to guard their fields from thieves. In Peru, shortages of wheat flour are prompting the military to make bread with potato flour, a native crop. In Egypt, Cameroon, and Burkina Faso food riots have broken out in the past week. Around the world, governments and aid groups are grappling with the escalating cost of basic grains.  full story
Obama's Foolish Consistency
It's a sign of our decadence that such an unimaginative piece of writing as Barack Obama's speech on race could receive rave reviews. Given a rare opportunity to speak the truth about race in America, he chose instead to defame his grandmother and praise the rotting carcass of the Great Society. How can a man stuck in 1966 lead us into the future? Obama is exactly wrong about race, democracy and government in America.  full story
Welcome to the North American Army
Will historians one day record that "It happened on Valentine's Day" when chronicling the timetable of the North American Union (NAU)? With no warning, a significant military agreement was signed by the chief Armed Forces commanders of both the U.S.A. and Canada on Feb. 14. The agreement allows the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency.  full story
Antarctica's Wilkins Ice Shelf Risks Collapse, U.K. Group Says
An Antarctic ice shelf bigger than Connecticut risks collapse because of global warming after a retreat that began on Feb. 28, the British Antarctic Survey said. The Wilkins ice shelf, which lost 390 square miles of ice, or about 6% of its surface, in 1998, calved another 570 square kilometers since February, the survey group said in an e-mailed statement. Now, there's little to stop the loss of another several thousand square kilometers.  full story
CNN's Censorship of Ron Paul Soars to New Heights
Now that there are only four presidential candidates left in the race - two Democrats, Senator's Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton; and two Republicans, Senator John McCain and Congressman Ron Paul - you would think that CNN would finally have to shrug their shoulders and actually post the truth. You'd think now that Paul is no longer one of 10, or one of 5 - now that he's the only other Republican candidate left, they'd have to finally acknowledge him.  full story
Cops Beat The Living Hell Out Of Peaceful
Tibetan Protesters In America
Disgusting video footage of New York cops clubbing and arresting peaceful Tibetan protesters who were merely walking down the street has gone relatively ignored beyond Youtube. While stories emerge out of China every day of police beating and killing Tibetan protesters in the streets, the same sort of behavior by cops in America tells its own story.  full story
Ron Paul Has a Bipartisan Plan for Social Security
In the case of solving the Social Security problem Ron Paul has a solution that both Democrats and Republicans could love. If only they'd pay attention to the man. Yesterday, the trustees for Social Security and Medicare released a report saying that both will be completely depleted by 2041 and 2019 respectively. The "oxy-moronic" thing about this is that these programs are deemed "trust funds" in the first place. There's certainly no trust in a fund that is slated to eventually be wiped out.  full story
Telecom Lobbyists Tied to McCain
Republican presidential candidate John McCain has condemned the influence of "special interest lobbyists," yet dozens of lobbyists have political and financial ties to his presidential campaign, particularly from telecommunications companies, an industry he helps oversee in the Senate. McCain has netted about $765,000 in political donations from those telecom lobbyists, their spouses, colleagues at their firms and their telecom clients during the past decade.  full story
Sean Hannity Confronted Over His
Relationship with Neo-Nazi Hal Turner
The folks over at NewsHounds have been watching their Fox News Channel quarry dither over Senator Barack Obama's associations with pastor Jeremiah Wright, and noted Fox's own Sean Hannity getting himself tripped up in the guilt-by-association tango. Seems that one of Hannity's former close chums is a neo-Nazi named Hal Turner who used to be a radio host and is apparently the top man in Bergen, NJ white-supremacist circles.  full story

Cellphones to Keep Track of Your Purchases -- And You
The same chip-based technology that California won't allow to be forcibly placed under people's skin will soon be ubiquitous in cellphones, which the telecom industry believes will be increasingly used as electronic wallets to make purchases. Virtually all leading cellphone makers are already introducing this technology to their handsets. Payments by cellphone are expected to explode over the next few years as more stores are equipped to handle such transactions.  full story
Bernie Farber: the Internet "Must Be Tamed"
On August 24, 2006, Canada's telecom regulator, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, rejected an ex parte application by Richard Warman and Bernie Farber of the Canadian Jewish Congress to censor foreign websites, by blocking Canadian Internet users from accessing them. It was an attempt to replicate the Orwellian "Great Firewall of China" that the Chinese Communist Party uses to stop politically incorrect websites from reaching that country.  full story
Why Bush Watergated Eliot Spitzer
"Not only did the Bush administration do nothing to protect consumers, it embarked on an aggressive and unprecedented campaign to prevent states from protecting their residents from the very problems to which he federal government was turning a blind eye." Bush, said Spitzer right in the headline, was the "Predator Lenders' Partner in Crime." The President, said Spitzer, was a fugitive from justice. And Spitzer was in Washington to launch a campaign to take on the Bush regime and the biggest financial powers on the planet.  full story

The Death of the "Dollar"
Yes, I know that former career drunk Jorge W. Boosh cannot pronounce "nuclear" and doesn’t really speak English, but one of the main things to understand here is that the men in Washington and New York who are doing this are not at all stupid. They are crashing the "dollar" deliberately. Why? One obvious part of the answer is that the time has come to take the people to the cleaners again.  full story
What Created This Monster?
The Federal Reserve has not only taken action unprecedented since the Great Depression, by lending money directly to major investment banks, but also has put taxpayers on the hook for billions of dollars in questionable trades these same bankers made when the good times were rolling. It is the private trading of complex instruments that lurk in the financial shadows that worries regulators and Wall Street and that have created stresses in the broader economy.  full story
Letter to the Editor from an Iranian Maniac:
Martial Law is Coming to America
The nation is bankrupt, financial collapse is imminent. American freedoms, principles and values are completely antithetical to the egalitarian and planetary survival requirements for an advanced world civilization for the 21st century. Hence, the forcible take-down of the USA. In collusion with an engineered economic collapse, a U.S. govt.-sponsored "false flag" terrorist attack is highly probable, using CIA-sponsored Al-Qaeda cells to detonate nuclear weapons over a select number of U.S. cities.  full story
California Backs Off Real ID
Californians would have needed to dig out their passport, if they had one, every time they boarded a plane, or go through an extra level of TSA screening at airport metal detectors. Los Angeles and San Francisco airports could have had security lines stretching to the Sierras. They would also have been barred from buying certain medicine, entering federal court buildings or getting help at the Social Security Administration, unless they have a passport.  full story
Signs of Possible Deal on New ID Rules
Unless holdout states send a letter by the end of March seeking an extension, their residents no longer can use a driver's licenses as valid identification to board airplanes or enter federal buildings beginning in May, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff has warned. They would have to present a passport or be subjected to secondary screening.  full story
Why Does the Government Fear Armed Veterans?
Recent passage by the District of Criminals of the legislation known colloquially as the Veteran Disarmament bill raises the question of why the conspiracy for world government would want to disarm returning veterans. The conspiracy trusted these men to use the most devastating ordinance abroad; it does not trust them to keep and bear much smaller weapons here at home.  full story
States Hand Over the DNA of Newborns to DHS
Unknown to most new parents, or those who became parents in the last ten or so years, DNA of newborns has been harvested, tested, stored and experimented with by all 50 states. And all 50 states are now routinely providing these results to the Homeland Security Department. A child whose reports contain false positives results will eventually and most likely face discrimination in employment and the ability to gain health insurance at any cost.  full story
Tightening the Net: An Indictment of
Sequoia Voting System Security & Legality
Appendix A is a scathing indictment of the security and legality of the Sequoia product line. Taking advantage of material that wasn't available to California Secretary of State Debra Bowen's top-to-bottom review team, they've shown that Sequoia must now be considered the least secure and most illegal black box voting system in America - "dethroning" Diebold. Appendix A is a standalone section that can be read independently of the full report.  full story
Justices Agree on Right to Own Guns
Americans have a right to own guns, Supreme Court justices declared Tuesday in a historic and lively debate that could lead to the most significant interpretation of the Second Amendment since its ratification two centuries ago. The justices dug deeply into arguments on one of the Constitution's most hotly debated provisions as demonstrators shouted slogans outside. Guns are an American right, argued one side. "Guns kill," responded the other.  full story
The Real Obama: CFR Member, Nation Builder, Globalist
This is Barack Obama. Listen to his words. They are no different than the words of George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Hillary Clinton, Mitt Romney or John McCain. The Witch Hunt Continues
On March 6th at approximately 6am in the morning 19 agents and officers of the law came to our home. Most of them searched our home and stayed in our home for 8 hours and 45 minutes! Why did they come so early and stay so long? With no announcement and supposedly a warrant to enter the premises. one agent came to my door knocking and ringing the doorbell. He proceeded to walk right into our home with what I believe were 9 other individuals, all packing guns!  full story
Tent City Highlights US Homes Crisis
The meltdown in the US mortgage market has led to record foreclosures and forced thousands from their homes. Forty miles east of Los Angeles, on a patch of waste ground, is the place they call Tent City. Sandwiched between the local airport and the railway line, this really is the wrong side of the tracks. Most residents live in tents, some in mobile homes in various states of disrepair.  full story

Brits Overrun Town for Training Exercise
Thursday may have seemed like any other day for most in Leavenworth, but for about 180 British officers, an enemy was on the loose threatening civilians.Tactical forces were moved in, and soldiers took their positions outside schools and churches preparing to isolate the terrorist activity. While it may have been a fictional enemy in theory, for visiting officers with the UK's Intermediate Command and Staff Course who were roaming the streets of Leavenworth, the tactical solutions they used to end the threats were real.  full story

Is It Crazy to Doubt the Government?
Declaring dissenters to be mentally ill is a tactic as old as time itself. The Soviets would declare political dissidents to be mentally ill and would ship them off to a mental institution. The US mainstream media still insist that those who demand an independent investigation must suffer from some sort of mental illness. The Australian, Canadian, Japanese & Italian media have for the past few months been airing charges of 9/11 as an inside job.  full story
War Made Easy: How Presidents &

"Film reaches into the Orwellian memory hole to expose a 50-year pattern of govt deception and media spin that has dragged the US into one war after another from Vietnam to Iraq. Liberal Fascism
"Fascism is a religion of the state. It assumes the organic unity of the body politic and longs for a national leader attuned to the will of the people.
